Snowboard contest West Japan OPEN held at Takasu Snow Park on February 2th.Even though it was a weekday, 28 Tsuwamono entered and a hot battle was fought.
In addition, 18 of them are girls.Despite the open tournament, 6 people advanced to the 2nd qualifying!The ride was astonishing to the judges as it was to the boys.
The course layout is full of big items such as kicker (6m / 8m), spine (14m), table top (5m), high box (6m), straight rail (6m x 2) and this year's snow shortage. Even the general public who had come to the venue stopped and looked at it.

Initially, about half of the 40 players were scheduled to advance to the second qualifying round, but 45 people were suddenly picked up in a very high-level battle.And 10 of them were supposed to be selected for the final.However, it was not possible to narrow down this too, and 12 people decided to advance the piece to the final.

In the high-level battle where most of the players are riders sponsored by manufacturers, it was [Kazumi Kiichirou] who won the "SLOPESTYLE West Japan No. 1".It is a dignified victory with a stable slide from the qualifying.

The top 5 players were scheduled to be awarded the right to participate in the "SlopeStyle ALTS / SlopeStyle TRIAL" held in Alz, but Kazumi Kiichirou (1st place) and Tanakayo (2nd place) have already given the right to participate in other tournaments.
