2005 7 Month 4 Day.
On that day, for the first time in my life, I landed in a city called [London].
The purpose of this trip is "AKIYOSHI TAKADA ART EXHIBITION in LONDON UK."
This is because I wanted to follow the path to the world of an artist named [AKIYOSHI TAKADA], who jumped out of the culture of snowboarding into the world.A Takada_exhibi-12

After passing through a mediocre townscape that cannot be called a tourist destination, where you can feel the everyday life of a foreign country, you arrived there. AKIYOSHI TAKADA's art show site "Gallery ECLECTIC"
It was a quiet place with a surprisingly contrasting contrast to his intense and powerful art, with the gentle sunlight shining through the large windows on the white walls.
However, it seems that this area is quite dangerous, and there were shots in front of the gallery. The calm air that contains the terrible danger of such a last-minute line matches AKIYOSHI TAKADA's art strangely.I felt that the chosen place itself was one of the means to express the world of AKIYOSHI TAKADA.

▲ Gallery ECLECTIC, which is a hot topic in London
The location is right next to the three-tiered concrete pool of playstation SKATE PARK and WEST BOURNE PARK, which are the largest in Europe in Notting Hill. The gallery is featured in Japan as "a gallery that connects London and his Tokyo".
The space that creators from all over the world are paying attention to, including BLUR's Demon Brothers, Jude Law, Tom Dixon, Simon Fisher Turner, and other UK celebrities.
Ryuichi Sakamoto for backup.
The interior design is by Paul Fijon, who works on the interiors of famous restaurants and clubs in London.

London is a mystery beyond imagination, with a mixture of aristocratic culture decorated with tea and horseback riding, and punk culture where mohawk and body piercings are impressively reflected. Formed a world.By the time I got to this city of London, I had traveled to many countries, but to be honest, I didn't really want to go to London.I've never been so fascinated by Britain, which I hear in rumor.
If I hadn't decided to go to AKIYOSHI TAKADA's art show, I might have never known that Britain was such a shocking country. With that in mind, I am grateful to him for guiding me so far in the course of chance.London was an interesting city.A Takada_exhibi-3
Why did AKIYOSHI TAKADA choose this interesting land, which no one knows about him, as his first art show in Japan?I suddenly asked him such a question.
"Why did you choose this place?"
"This is the root of AKIYOSHI TAKADA's art."
His answer was very simple, and I felt like I was being asked, "Why do you hear such a natural thing?"
AKIYOSHI TAKADA's work is omitted because he is not so good at art as he talks about his work.Instead, he has taken some pictures of the art show, so I hope he can enjoy the atmosphere alone.
Well, anyway, I'm definitely one of the people who is fascinated by surrealistic pop, violent pieces, and what he describes as a "crazy worldview."A Takada_exhibi-4

Finally···
The moment I stepped on the soil of Japan again, my friend called me.
First voice ——— “It was okay !? I was worried that I might have been involved!”
I was surprised at the unusual hurry.I didn't know why, but when I got home and watched the news on TV, everything was finally connected.

It was only a few hours after we boarded the plane. The terrorist attacks in London that shook the world happened.
When I heard the news, in an instant, many familiar landscapes passed by in my mind.Townscape wet with drizzle. On the banks of the Thames, which flows slowly.Subway station with too bad air.The longed-for bright red double-decker bus ...
The scenery that I loved all in the last few days.A world where everything was real until the day before. It was no longer an event of strangers in a distant country.
Fresh memories with the excitement of a journey that hasn't stopped chilling made the shock more realistic.
I pray for the souls of all the innocent people who have been sacrificed, and sincerely pray for peace.
