On March 2007th (Sat) and 3th (Sun), 24, the third "SBJ on snow FESTIVAL" TRACKS of SNOWBOARDING "" was held at Naeba Ski Resort in Niigata Prefecture.This event is planned and operated by the Japan Snowboard Industry Promotion Association (SBJ) with the aim of creating an environment where many people can enjoy comfortable snowboarding.
Although it was cloudy on the first day of the event, we were able to test drive a lot of boards in the warm atmosphere of a spring ski resort.
Each of the boards I tested had an interesting ride, and which board should I ride next year ... It became even more difficult to choose one from these.
Unfortunately, it started raining in the morning on the 2th of the second day, but it stopped completely around noon, and I managed to enjoy snowboarding despite the watery snow.It was a little disappointing day to test drive a new board because the snow quality was difficult to understand.
More than 70 brands participated in the test drive event, and there was also a booth where the riders who belonged to them enthusiastically explained the goodness of the new board and set the test drive board.
In addition to the test drive event, one-point lessons to help beginners and children start snowboarding happily, park lessons by professionals Daisuke Takeno, Masahisa Hayashi Magun, Kentaro Miyawaki, Ikuyo Iwamoto, Chiemi Kojima, and Mayuko Sekiguchi are luxurious. A lottery to win prizes was held at the same time, and it was an event that you can enjoy with snowboarding all day long.
