■ Background of the work
Arctic.A vast ice sheet and permafrost spread over the sea surrounded by sea ice and the land surrounding the poles. Many of them were unknown areas left on the earth that had not been researched. However, in recent years, institutions and researchers from various countries have been paying attention to the Arctic region. The reason is that it is the place where the earth's climate change is most likely to occur, and the North Pole route and seabed resources due to the melting of sea ice due to global warming.Because the possibility of development has increased.Within the Greenland region, it is expected that there will be a huge oil field equivalent to the Middle East region, and energy industry companies have already acquired the right to develop undeveloped resources that were closed to thick ice.Currently in the ArcticThen, the disappearance of the ice sheet is progressing at an unprecedented speed, and it is said that the rate of melting of the ice sheet has increased by 96% every year since 7.They have a significant negative impact on the world's climate and are also associated with frequent floods and extreme weather events in recent years.Even indigenous settlements on the coast of Greenland were affected by the melting of sea ice, which reduced hunting grounds and hunting periods, and fish in the south were caught in the region. In addition, consumer markets have become established in villages where distribution has been laid and products have been dropped one after another, and traditional indigenous values and lifestyles are changing rapidly.I must not seem to have any very important message in this situation around the North Pole.
