happy New Year!I look forward to having a good relationship with you this year too.
This is Shinji Sato, who will be writing the slope blog for the first time.Thank you.
Suhara Ski Resort is my hometown, Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. This ski resort used to be municipal, but is now run by a company founded by local businesses, organizations and individuals. Most of the ski resort employees are full-blown local dialects who are engaged in agriculture, forestry and construction during the summer.
Suhara Ski Area is a slightly larger local ski area that retains the atmosphere of the Showa era.
First, take a hoody quad lift, which is rare in this area, to the top of the mountain.Wet snow often falls, so I really appreciate the hoody quad lift!
Get off the lift and go to the detour course on the left side.
It is interesting that the wall of Goofy continues here. The corridor is a little narrow, so be careful about speed.
Adventure course from there.
Carving is comfortable with a wide open burn.
There is quite a bit of fresh snow left at the end of the course and there is also a bank where you can hit and jump and play a lot.
To the wild course newly established from last season.
To tell the truth, I came to cut off to make this course in the forestry work that I do during the summer. The miscellaneous trees were huge and it was extremely difficult. As the name suggests, it is a wild course. You can understand if you slip.
Giant course of ridge course.
It's quite technical because it has some slopes and a narrow width. It would be interesting if there was fresh snow on the edge.
Although not shown in the video, there is a plateau area behind the mountaintop.
There are 3 courses in the plateau area and the slope faces north, so the snow quality is good. There is also a mini park with banks and waves.
It's not as well maintained as a resort ski resort, but it's a nice place, with a wide variety of courses and terrain. Please go skiing!
