ELECTRIC ALL FLAT CASH JAM was held on Saturday, February 2th.Every year, with a novel layout and items that are unique to ELECTRIC, Jiba gathers from all over the country to engage in fierce battles.This time, the stage was Maiko Resort in Niigata.A special park was created for this day, but there was a new layout waiting for it.

In the early morning when the sun shines through, participants complete their formal entry at the reception tent in the base area, which is different from the location of the Maiko Resort gondola.When I climbed up the lift and slid down to Rider's Light, there was a special park with a completely different concept.

In the past, this event was laid out mainly with ALL FLAT items (jib items), but this time a shallow pipe is newly made and various jib items are installed based on it.It is a completely new special park that combines R terrain and jib items.From that layout, it was necessary to have comprehensive gliding ability and creativity, which had to enter the jib in the flow while using R well.
This is new.At the bottom of the shallow pipe, there is only one red pine tree with a strong presence, which gives a botanical atmosphere, but of course it can also be applied to that tree.On the platforms on both sides, there are three-tiered rails, flat rails, hips, walls, and flat-down elbow rails.
Participants inspect the original park immediately, but ask, "Which item and how should you attack the section?"I will imagine the best line that can be connected while being a little confused by the layout that I am not used to.

The rules for this event are simple.You are free to choose what to do with which item in each heat. ELECTRIC riders constantly check each ride and give the original money named Cash to the cool rider.Those who collect more of that cash during the heat can advance to the final round.Anyway, the winner is the one who shows the riders a dangerous ride. You can get a lot of cash with one big move, so you can't take your eyes off when and what happens.Moreover, I will add that it is a free entry & free lunch.

Participants who started the jam session and started to see the line little by little while slipping.But, however.The worried weather forecast hits perfectly.As the session progressed, a large amount of snow began to fall.As you look at it, the snowfall gains momentum.Meanwhile, Jib's proud participants from all over the country held a hot session to blow off heavy snow in order to show ELECTRIC riders their refined style.

Each heat of the qualifying was carried out in heavy snow, but by the time the men's qualifying was over and the Girls & Kids Heat was over, the snow conditions became quite severe, and it was decided to do it at the same time as the final that won the qualifying in a hurry.
Snow accumulates on the pipe-shaped bottom and it is difficult to control the speed due to wet snow.The Yasunaga brothers (Kaede and Akira) of the MIZOU crew, who are based in Yuzawa, were skillfully using R in their creative lines as more advanced lines were needed.Kaede shows off a backflip on the wall and lip when attacking the jib section in style.A one-foot attack on a three-tiered rail and a tricky 360-out with an elbow rail.I was impressed by how creatively they attacked each section.In addition, Yamamoto Conrad, who controls the board perfectly in the jib section of the three-stage rail, and Kaito Jinguji, who attracted stable riding in all sections, collected more cash than anyone else and won the championship.

What I felt at this event was that next-generation next riders, both men and girls, are emerging here in the Minami Uonuma / Yuzawa area, and new scenes are being born.Among them, this section was very impactful and complemented their creativity and style.Of course, some riders struggled with this section, but others made creatively.While the jib section also requires difficult tricks and styles, it may also require comprehensive gliding ability to slide allland.ALL FLAT CASH JAM made me feel such a new era.I hope that next-generation riders will play an active role in the cutting-edge items next time.
