I was worried about the damage caused by heavy rain at the "Snowboarding School" held on July 7nd (Sat) and 22rd (Sun), but it ended successfully.
This time, we focused on improving the strength of the upper body, and also conducted a snowboard theory course to train not only the muscles but also the head, and strength training using a carving master (this was not quite good (> _ <)). ..
Also, in the ladder training that I have been doing since the last time, I was surprised that the members who participated from the first time have improved their skills very much.
So from this time, I measured the time and used it as a guide for the next time.
The evening BBQ was more drinkable, eaten, and lively with endless fun stories.
Even after I returned to the inn, it seemed to continue, and I felt it was really fun to get together in the off-season and talk about snowboarding.
