Snow Expo in SYD

Hello, this is CAP.It's been over a week since I returned to Japan, and it seems that Sydney's wonderful autumn weather and atmosphere are quite a thing of the past ... Is it only a week old? ︎IMG_0941Snow Expo is a snow version of the "Travel Expo" held annually in Sydney (and Melbourne). All major mountains from Japan are exhibited or exhibited in the area in collaboration with tourist associations.Since the main sponsor is United Airlines, the mountains in North America were narrowly set up and publicized. The Snow Expo is, of course, a very important event to target the Australian market, where people in the industry (mainly the travel industry) come and go, as well as a place where the general public can easily enter.IMG_0938There is real snow next to the booth, and kids are playing with their shoes fluttering.Sydney has a relatively warm climate even in winter. That's why local kids don't see much snow.An Australian who is interested in snowy mountains and loves to travel.Combined with such national character, it seems that flying to far away Japan and North America and skiing and snowboarding are much closer than the feeling that Japanese people go abroad.
IMG_0939That's why each resort is enthusiastic about incorporating the Season Pass Alliance, which is spreading all over the world. The world's largest alliance "Mountain Collective" NZ 2 mountains, AUS THREDBO, North American Aspen, Mammoth, Jackson Hall, and Whistler! And among them, Hakuba Valley, which was released when we started selling common tickets the other day! It's good.I wonder if Alz / Nekoma can join the ranks ~
IMG_0940However, I forgot about CAP (laughs) Since last year, I have been affiliated with Copper Mountain, Steamboard Spring, and Winter Park in Colorado. Those who bring the Alts / Nekoma Season Pass have certain conditions, but basically it is free to slide on these mountains! ︎ I haven't been to Colorado recently, so I'm about to go. Would you like to have a tour sponsored by SBN? (Lol)
IMG_0953In fact, when I came to this Snow Expo in 2013, I was afraid just to name Fukushima. However, five years have passed since the earthquake. Finally, little by little, I began to feel the atmosphere of "may I go?"This is a great progress, and it makes me feel very positive that I can create various possibilities just by feeling it on my skin.If you've been to Hakuba or Niseko in winter, you know, there are too many inbounds. It is also true that they, who are their own citizens, are a little disgusted with such an environment. In other words, I feel that we can gradually attract customers if we imprint "where is the place where no one is in our own country?" = "Fukushima".Well, there are still some premature parts ...At this time of year, Snow Expo always had the image of being cold with cold rain. However, it was fine almost every day during my stay.Great weather.Great air.It would be great if I could surf with this ... Unfortunately, I don't bring a board. But for some reason, I feel like snowboarding is messed up.Alright, will we fly to the Southern Hemisphere this summer! ??
