Squeeze the mountains

It feels like summer.
I am spending August in Japan for the first time in 4 years.

I enjoyed skiing in New Zealand this time last year.
I can't meet Ken-san and Yuriko-san, who are always indebted to me.
I can't eat the good potatoes I went to every day.
I can't drive a rugged car on an unpaved road.And that air.

Well, I'm a little lonely, but summer in Japan is also good.

Sweat without doing anything.
If you exercise a little, you will sweat intensely.
If you work hard and exercise, you will sweat like a waterfall.

Is it good or bad for training?

Recently, I've been riding a bicycle and climbing a nearby mountain.
I climb to the top without getting off the bicycle, but I'm doing it alone, or I can go while getting off.
But you can't do that.I hate to lose.
It's pretty hard from the beginning and I'm about to quit, but I'm doing it while saying "I can go!" And "I can't do this much".
Is that okay?I feel like, but I'm doing it.
Well, in the end, you can climb.

I feel like doing anything.
I don't think it will change that much physically if you go down on the way, but it's completely different mentally.When I'm climbing, I can't climb unless it's really positive, and that feeling and feeling when I've climbed is the best.

The descent is like a reward.It's refreshing to skip.

Well, all you have to do is send it to the top and do only the downhill.I think, but I can't do it.It's better to go down as much as you climb, and I think you can't do that kind of thing.It's not a sequel, though.

When I was a kid, I didn't have money or a car, so I think I did something like this normally.
As I grow up, I get money and convenience, and I just use my computer and forget about this feeling.

I want to feel the beautiful scenery and the indescribable feeling as I was a child.
