"Don't do what you can do now" Now Doki Female Rider / Mimo Murai

While playing an active role as a professional snowboarder, he obtained a qualification as a Judo rehabilitation teacher.
Mimosa Murai is expanding the range of activities.
Snowboarding and body maintenance are inseparable,
What made her pursue snowboarding since childhood?
Did you jump into a new field?
I heard about what kind of activities they are doing now.

— What have you been doing lately?
Mimo sand: This season, based on Gunma Prefecture's Snow Park Oze Tokura, we are practicing while working by rental, and we are going around tournaments and events! In the off-season, I went on a free business trip to see my body, and in the summer I also worked part-time at a seaside house.

— What made you qualify as a Judo rehabilitation teacher?
Mimo sand: My mother suggested it to me.Before I went to a vocational school, I didn't even know the name of the qualification as a Judo rehabilitation teacher. However, since I was little, I liked to "examine my body" as much as I gave my parents a massage ticket as a birthday present.I wanted to continue snowboarding, but when I was thinking "I think it's a job in my hand," my mother suggested that I be a Judo rehabilitation teacher.

— Do you feel that you're glad you got the qualification or that it's a plus for your snowboard?
Mimo sand: The good thing is that I can maintain my body well.Since I was little, I've been soaking in snowboards, so I've been suffering from back pain and stiff shoulders since I was a junior high school student. However, since I started studying my body, it has improved a lot. With this qualification, I can now work anywhere, whether at the ski resort or in the local area. This is also one of the good things. With more snowboarder maintenance, we are delighted that everyone can perform at their best.

— When you decided to qualify as a Judo rehabilitation teacher, I think it was difficult to balance your life as a rider, but how was that?
Mimo sand: It was far harder than I imagined for me in my early twenties, who loved to play, and there were times when I had to put up with various things to get a qualification (laughs).I was so neglected to study that the principal said, "I'm repeating a year," so I said, "I don't have a part-time job! I even went there.

-That was tough, huh!But I think it's amazing that I graduated safely and got a qualification to balance the activities of a rider and a Judo rehabilitation teacher. How do you want to move as a rider and a Judo rehabilitation teacher this year?
Mimo sand: Until a while ago, my number one goal was to get results in the tournament, but recently I've reduced the number of times I participate in competitions so much that I can now pursue "snowboarding that I really enjoy." rice field. After all, I love snowboarding, so I want to convey the charm of snowboarding.I can't do Double Cork 1, but I'm hoping to provide a model for grabs and 1260s with small jumps, and for beginners and intermediates to be the "next goal".As a Judo rehabilitation teacher, I would like to have my own shop eventually, so now I want to see as many people as possible to gain experience. It would be great if we could share the joy of "easy!" Together.I'm thinking of working at Sekkotsuin this year off.
