— Do you train off?
Sugaya: I don't do so-called off-training.It's not limited to sports, but I think we should do something fun that can be done at that time.Snowboarding is not possible without snow.Besides, I don't think that off-training is the only way to improve off.
-So what are you preparing for the winter season?
Sugaya: Even in the off-season, I'm always thinking about snowboarding, such as board design and video editing.Also, not only in the off-season, but I'm thinking of a new move that I can send from myself.Anyway, I am working to make my snowboarding fun.What I'm doing for that is ... I think it works as soon as I come up with it.I'm not conscious of it.
— Have you been addicted to these days?
Sugaya: I often go to fly drones.You can fly it in the mountains or from a ship at sea.Of course, I will fly even in the snowy mountains!
-That sounds exciting! When will the 20-21 season start?
Sugaya: Video releases will start around October, but I think it will start to slide in earnest in December.After all I want to slide in the best condition!I'm in love with Palcall Tsumagoi again this year, so I want everyone to come and visit us.
— What kind of movement do you want to do this winter?
Sugaya: I think it will move mainly in the video.Anyway, I want to take a dangerous image that goes beyond the previous images.Also, camping, events, producing freeride parks, etc ... Well, I'm thinking about various interesting things, so please look forward to it.
