DEVGRU was born in 2014 with the concept of [URBAN STREET & PARK CRUISING].
It is a unique domestic brand that continues to develop high-performance boards mainly for tricks, from riders who mainly ride on the street to stylish park riding and riders who specialize in sharp swings.
In recent years, a GT team has been formed by riders who are good at grating, and the number of fans is steadily increasing with a board lineup that covers all tricks from jibbing to grating.
When the brand was launched, the main products were a camber model called DECK, which was designed from scratch with everything from rider shape to flex balance, and a double camber model derived from it called PARADEATH, both of which had a distinctive ride taste. It received high praise from riders.
However, as development progressed further, a new camber shape was developed together with Ogasaka Seisakusho based on rider requests for a board that mixed the best parts of both models, and a model called "ALFA" was born. Ta.
ALFA has been improved every year based on feedback from riders, and now in its fourth year, it has evolved into an all-round freestyle model that has matured to the point where no improvements can be found.It has been perfected as a model that combines the best of both camber and double camber, providing a sense of stability while allowing for light board handling.
In addition to DEVGRU's original shape and camber shape developed for jibs and parks, the MIX UP CAMBER with a flat stance provides both edge grip and operability, making it easy to adjust from delicate movements during jibbing to high speeds on ice burns. It brings a high level of glide in a wide range of situations, including speed turns.
UHS (Ultra High Strength) fiber, which is light enough to float on water but has eight times the strength and high elastic modulus of piano wire, is placed in the nose and tail.
Its excellent vibration absorption and high repulsion make it possible to perform stable high ollies, and in recent years it has received high praise from grator riders as well as big jumps in the park.
