2008年は、初めての大怪我で入院した年であり、K2本社とのブーツ作りにも携わりはじめた年。いつスノーボードができるようになるのかわからない入院生活時に送られてきたのが、この名前入りのブーツ。このブーツを見て、雪山で履ける日を思い描きながら励まされたすごく思い入れのあるブーツです！！

"K2"boots, DARKO BOA FOCUS model
In 2008, I had started the new boot project with K2 while hospitalizing on my first serious injury. I had no idea when I can start snowboarding again in the hospital and was feeling depressed. But when I received this boot with my name on it, it really encouraged me a lot to motivate for wearing it on the mountain again.

A professional snowboarder works mainly with snowboard medias. Actives in Canada, U.S and Korea and produces snowboard parks, clothing lines and snowboard gears in Japan. Produces a movie titled "GiRL" in 2010-2011 season.

東北地方太平洋沖地震により被災された皆様に謹んでお見舞い申し上げます。過酷な状況が続いているとテレビを通してしか見ることができません。被災された皆様、支援者の皆様が前向きに頑張っておられる姿を見て、同じ日本で起きている現状をしっかり把握し、プロスノーボーダー田中幸として、 最大限の知恵と体を使い、復興に向けての力に少しでもなるよう最善をつくします。微々たる力かもしれませんが、みんなで力を合わせて一日も早い復興に向けて私自身、できる事を頑張っていきたいと思います！

Message from SACHI TANAKA
I am sending my thoughts and prayers to all who suffered from this Tohoku earthquake. There's nothing much I can do but I'm trying to grasp what's happening in Japan and will do my best as a professional snowboarder with my knowledge and physical ability. I only can do small thing by my own but believe we can do better by get together. I am with you.
