世界で2本しか存在しない『ゲンテンスティック』と写真集
ボードは、アウトラインに沿って入れ込んだバンブーのストリンガーに、振動吸収のためアルミニウムストリンガーも一本プラスした構造が特徴です。ほどよいトーションの感触で、スキー場のグルーマーも最高のライディングが楽しめます。現状、世界に2本だけしか存在しない私のコレクションからの1本となります。写真集『ザ・ファースト・トラック』は昨年末に出版した、私のこれまでの生き様を描いた一冊です。12人の写真家の作品により構成されています。

One of the only two "GENTEMSTICK" snowboards
existing in the world and my Photo Book"THE FIRST TRACK"
A snowboard with the bamboo stringer along the outline and the additional aluminum stringer as a vibration absorbent. Modest torsion allows you an excellent riding even for the grooming course in the winter ski resorts. One of my collection currently only two of this type existing. A collection of photographs "THE FIRST TRACK" which portrays my lifestyle by the shots of 12 photographers was published at the end of last year.

『ゲンテンスティック』主宰者。北海道ニセコにベースを移してからも旅を続け、自然や環境を見つめてきたプレーヤーとしてエッセイや写真を寄稿。映像作品の『オーラ』『パブリックセンチメント』を発表してきた。スノーボードデザインにとどまらず空間デザインも手がけ、ニセコで展開する『玄天カフェ』の内外装、装飾品のデザインでも独特な空間を表現。昨年末には最初の写真集『ザ・ファースト・トラック』を発表。

TARO TAMAI
Representative of GENTEMSTICK. He started traveling around with his fishing rods and skis since childhood and met snow surfing at the age of twelve, and then surfing at nineteen. Continuing his traveling after based in Niseko, while contributing many essays and photos to various media and presenting image works "AURA" and "PUBLIC SENTIMENT". Also working as a spatial designer and produced "GENTEM CAFE" in Niseko. The collection of photographs "THE FIRST TRACK" was published last year.
   玉井太朗からのメッセージ
当日朝、私は家族や仲間たちとフェリーで八戸に到着し、海に入ろうか迷った挙句、山に向かい、到着直後の八幡平で地震に遭遇しました。幸い私達は皆無事でしたが、しばらくは小さな息子は揺れの恐怖がトラウマになっていました。今も常に自分の事の様に見守り、気を送っています。直接的な被害のなかった私達も精一杯今を生きて行く。それが一番の力になると信じています。

Message from TARO TAMAI
On the morning of March 11, I arrived Hachinohe, Aomori by ferry with my family and friends. After thinking over the choice between the ocean and the mountains, we decided to go towards the mountains, headed for Hachimantai, and then the earthquake occurred right after our arrival. Fortunately we were all safe, but my little son has been scared by the quake's fear for a while even after that day. All the time we care about your wellness and I believe if even all of us without any direct damage caused by this earthquake can cherish our everyday life, that would be the biggest support.
