Those Shops are community hubs and the base layer of snowboarding culture.Every Dollar spent with Nitro will stay in snowboarding. We invest in employees, team riders, production & innovation, snowboard photo- and videographers, events, distributions, sales reps, shops, shop employees and local communities.We believe in inclusion and welcome everybody to snowboarding. Our goal is not to be the coolest brand, our goal is to welcome everybody to snowboarding and help them find their pleasure within our sport.We are not owned by any big corporation, so we can make decisions based on our own judgement and adjusted to the market. Being Rider owned gives us the freedom to focus on what’s really important rather than what creates the biggest conversation rates. We don’t need a fancy headquarter to impress anybody. Since the beginning in 1990, our company philosophy has been based on the principle that our employees can work from where they live. What’s now considered hip has been our creed for decades.We have a no bullshit policy. We take responsibility for the footprint our products and company leave to nature and do everything we can to reduce it.
