Volcom has announced a collection by Brian Iguchi, a legend who continues to evolve.

For those who don't know about Brian Iguchi, aka Gucci, I'd like to take a look back at his history. In the early days of snowboarding, hard boots and tight-fitting one-piece skiwear were the norm. At the time, he wore flannel shirts and loose wide pants, and his skate-like trick style made him popular, becoming one of the central icons of the 90s snowboarding scene. Gucci was living in Los Angeles at the time, but as he built up his snowboarding career, he moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This marked a major turning point for Iguchi, who had previously been known for his park-style, tricky riding, as he began to attack the mountains.
　He has snowboarded in Jackson Hole, Alaska, Canada, Japan and other snowy mountains around the world, and was instantly drawn to the charm of free riding. Even now in his fifties, he continues to aggressively attack the backcountry. He has been snowboarding for more than 50 years, and has been at the forefront of the evolution of snowboarding gear. No one would deny that he is unworthy of being called a legend. From what I have said so far, you should understand how important a snowboarder Brian Iguchi is to the snowboarding scene.
　His collection is now available from VOLCOM. He is a backcountry guide and has thoroughly tested his clothing to create this 3L stretch GORETEX® wear.
