"The Vans Old Skool Block Party Kabukicho" will be held as the culmination of the "Feel Something New" campaign, which expresses the roots of "OLD SKOOL," which has a strong presence in various cultural scenes.
This event will be centered around music and skateboarding, which are two elements that are deeply rooted in Old Skool's DNA.
The event will take over two neon-lit venues in Shinjuku and Kabukicho for three days, expressing Old Skool through live music, skating, and fashion. A special skate park will be set up at Kabukicho Cinecity Square, while customization workshops and pop-up stores will also be held.

Vans Pop-Up
A Vans pop-up store will be open for two days only. It will offer a wide variety of products, from Old Skool to Vans Premium and Basic items. It will also sell the capsule collection "PREMIUM OLD SKOOL MUSIC COLLECTION," which celebrates the deep bond between Old Skool and music. Customers who purchase Old Skool will also receive a limited edition novelty gift.
Additionally, the official event T-shirt designed by the internationally renowned collage artist Kosuke Kawamura will also be on sale. This T-shirt will be sold exclusively at the Vans Pop-Up.
Custom Workshop
A workshop where you can customize your Old Skool to your liking will be held exclusively at the event venue. You can freely customize your Old Skool using the event-exclusive VANS logo charm and original shoelaces. You can come to the event wearing your own Old Skool, or you can purchase an Old Skool at the pop-up store in the venue.

A special skate park will be set up at Kabukicho Cinecity Square for two days only.
On Saturday, there will be content for kids and girls skaters, and on Sunday, there will be a free session for all riders, a best trick contest using unique sections, etc. Top-level VANS team riders from Japan and other Asian countries are also scheduled to participate in the event.
