Everyone wants to fly around when they start Gratley!Isn't there such a feeling?
The longed-for technique is "Norry Spin"
That feeling is very important ♪ Gratley is fun to fly around! At first, it's okay if you fly around by imitating the appearance!
However, when you try it, you will find it unexpectedly difficult.
Even a girl who may have less strength than herself is turning lightly, so why can't she turn even though she's turning so hard? ?? ??I often wonder. It's not that difficult to take off the board, jump on the spot and make one full turn, isn't it?
However, this is difficult when actually trying to turn while slipping.
Why is that? ?? ??I want to understand this.
When you turn while sliding, various forces are applied to your body from the outside. If you stand there, it ’s just gravity.
When slipping
・ The power of accelerating speed
・ Centrifugal force of turn
・ The force with which the edge gets caught on the snow surface
-Or the edge is not caught and is not fixed to the snow surface
・ Useless force due to slipping posture
And so on, it becomes difficult to simply fly.

However, what if you take advantage of the force applied from outside?
Oh mysterious! ??It turns freely without you having to turn it yourself.
Learn to gain and harness power from outside with Pivot 180!

Late camp reads this principle as [the principle of telephone poles].
[Principle of telephone pole] Let's assume that a car hits a telephone pole (it is unscrupulous, but please understand that it is easy to understand).
It's right in front of you, and if you hit it in the middle, the car will just stop.
But what if you hit a corner around the headlights of a car?
Can't you imagine the car spinning?

I think it's easy to get an image when you watch this video ♪

The slower the speed, the less it turns, but the faster the speed, the more it turns.
By using the same principle, the spin of Gratley can be turned with a light force.
Think of the axis made up of your front legs and upper body as a telephone pole.
Stretch your forefoot knees, stretch your hips and stretch your chest. It will be one on the forefoot.
Apply the brake in that state.Press the heel edge against the snow surface.
As soon as you do so, your hind legs will start to turn forward.
If you grasp this feeling, you will be able to utilize the approach speed as it is for the rotational force.
It is also effective to turn it on the extension of the turn.It will be easier to turn if the centrifugal force of the turn is on your side.

If you can do it so far, instead of turning it, if you make a shaft, it will turn freely, so you need to concentrate on stopping the rotation of the upper body.
Here, please take advantage of the twist movement introduced in Nory Backside XNUMX.Twist the upper body in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the lower body.
By doing so, the sharp XNUMX is neatly determined.

Review of power that can be utilized
・ Power of acceleration speed ⇒ Rotational force of the principle of telephone poles
・ Centrifugal force of turn ⇒ Rotational force using centrifugal force
・ The force with which the edge gets caught on the snow surface ⇒ The root of the telephone pole
・ Useless force due to sliding posture ⇒ Body axis of telephone pole

This [telegraph pole principle] is a way to generate the rotational force peculiar to Gratley.Never use it for a spin with a kicker that also spins.
If the timing is right, you will be able to turn up to XNUMX without turning, so please practice ♪

Pivot XNUMX
It is very effective to get a sense of this [telegraph pole principle] ♪ If you practice from flying around and become a two-legged jump, you cannot use the [telegraph pole principle].
First of all, please keep your feet on the snow surface, pivot and be aware of making a solid [telegraph pole] ♪

illusion(Phantom: Rider introduction movie
This is my best trick!
First, the importance of the body axis!
The pivot spins with the board on the snow!
Given this, you can see how important the axis is!
Second, raise the upper body!
It is a trick that the board does not separate from the snow surface, but please make a shaft firmly and be conscious of pulling it straight up with the shaft as it is.
If you don't do this, you'll be a prey to the opposite edge ...
By pulling up your upper body firmly, you can minimize the reverse edge even if the board is on the snow surface!
Thirdly, the axis transition operation!
If you leave the shaft on the nose side, it will rotate half a turn, so if you do not move the shaft, your body will lean backwards.
Axis transition action is required to prevent it!The axis shifts to the front leg side at the peak of half a rotation, but at this time, it is important to move the axis forward without difficulty if the line of sight and the forearm are advanced in the direction of travel!
Pivot 180 is a versatile trick that can be applied to various tricks, so be sure to make it ♪
With the above three points, you too are a pivot master ♪

1 Forefoot loads on the heel
It will prevent reverse edges.Let's move the weight forward from the center of gravity of the board.
2 Hind legs straddle the object in front of the board
Raise your hind legs to take a big step and land at the target point.
3 Pull up the upper body
If you raise your hind legs greatly, you should raise your upper consciousness. If you raise your hind legs lightly, you should raise your feelings. Adjust the height of the board with your upper body.

Pivot is the basis of compass and Andy, so if you can control it yourself, the applied skills will expand, so please challenge!

Daiki Yoshitake (Daiki Yoshitake: Rider introduction movie
I think it's a good idea to bend your knees firmly to make something and kick your hind legs!
There are people who often have their knees fully extended from the beginning, so please be careful!
The reaction of this trick will lead to Andy's tricks, so please try it!

Kazuki Tanaka (Paul Kazuki Tanaka: Rider introduction movie
The focus of this technique is the heel of the left foot in the video.
Use the heel edge on the valley side to kick up your right foot in conjunction with the initial movement of the board trying to go to the left.
In the case of 180, you can do it at your feet, so please experience and remember the kicking action and the centrifugal force received from the heel.

When it comes to 360 and 540, the power of the turn is needed. After moving from the toe turn to the heel turn, it feels like kicking up on the extension of the heel turn.I think it's easier to understand if the turn is deeper.
If you cannot balance during rotation, the rotation may stop, so use your elbows to balance during rotation.
If it is counterclockwise, pull the left elbow lightly and carry the right elbow to the left as if chasing. It is easy to balance if you are aware that this right elbow does not go down.

It will be unstable because you will be riding on one leg by all means, so concentrate on grasping the balance by controlling the approach speed and kicking angle, and gradually increase the speed and angle.

Be careful not to be Norry!
If the knee of the axial leg is bent, it may become a Norry 180 just by extending the knee. Also, if you ride too much on the heel while turning around the nose, it will be difficult to connect the next technique.
At first, the image is like scratching the heel edge and slowing down!
If you want to connect to high rpm, be careful not to apply the edge too deeply!

First, lightly make a tame.

Rei Takahashi (Rei Takahashi: Rider introduction movie
The entry method is Norry 180 with front rotation, but if you pay attention to the weight removal to prevent this Norry from flying, I think that the board will come up beautifully.
After entering, step on the nose firmly up to around 90 °, and at the moment of kicking up from there, the weight is removed and the repulsion is well absorbed by the knee.
Then, in order to stop the rotation firmly at 180 °, twist the upper body in the opposite direction to the rotation direction of the lower body at the moment of kicking up.
I think that a pivot with a squeeze and a style will be completed. (If you can catch it there, it's even cooler!)
If you do not step on Norry firmly, you will not be able to pull it up and the freedom of movement of the lower body will not work, so first of all, fly firmly! !!
