Q. Justin, welcome to Japan!Did you enjoy the trip?
A. Thank You Very Much. The Japanese were very kind and polite, and were able to enjoy the historical Japanese traditional culture and food culture. It was my first visit to Japan, but it was a wonderful environment as everyone's reputation.

Q. How was the snowboarding scene in Japan?
A. I slipped on the back mountain around Niseko, but the snow in Japan is dry and light.I've been shooting all over the world, but even if I look around the world for this kind of snow quality, it's only here in Japan. This snow quality fascinated us and we had a great time. When I came back to Japan and my friend asked me about Japan, I would talk about this snow quality first, but the tree run was also great!I'm going to say.

Q. Where did Justin come from in the United States?
A. Minneapolis, Minnesota.Minnesota is located in the north-central United States, bordering Canada in the north.Minneapolis, the largest city in the population, and St. Paul, the state capital, are next to each other and are called twin cities. Nicknamed "Pole Star State" and "1000 Lake States", it is a very natural place similar to Hokkaido.Fishing in untouched nature is also my number one hobby. Also, the stationery "cellophane tape" and "stapler" are taught to have been invented in this state (laughs). Singers Bob Dylan and Prince are also from here in Minnesota.

Q. What is your profile?
A. 1990 years old born on May 5, 2. I've been on the DC Snow Team since I was 29 in 2008, so it's been over 18 years now.

Q. Can you tell us about the DC snow gear you are using?First of all, from the boots.
A. I'm wearing a BOA-equipped JUDGE that is tough and features medium flex. These boots are suitable for my gliding style, street and jib, and I've been wearing similar models for four seasons. The adjustable BOA provides comfort and excellent heel hold. The highly durable outsole is made by Vibram, so you can rest assured. There are four colors, gray, light green, black, and white, but I use white. On this trip, I didn't do much on the streets that I was good at, and I mainly shot the back mountains, but this JUDGE was extremely comfortable to wear even in such an environment.

Q. What is the board on?
A. I mainly ride MEGA, which was made with the concept of skateboarding.Combining a rock and road camber structure with a lightweight fresh deck topsheet that enhances resilience, the board is perfect for street and jib lovers. However, since many models of DC snowboards have been released that suit the way of playing and the field, depending on the situation of streets and parks other than MEGA, PBJ with a combination of traditional camber and straightus core structure may be selected. world.I used to ride THE 156 in Niseko. The shape of the nose and tail is Cool, so it feels fun to slide the powder.

Q. Tell us about the DC Snow Team?
A. I've had a lot of things with this team for over 10 years, but I think it's the most organized team now, and most of all, there are many unique riders, so it's inspiring to be with them and it's fun. it's no use. There are some great legends like Devan (Walsh), and younger players like movie stars Torstein (Horgmo) and Jordon Morse are gaining momentum on the team.I'm looking forward to this as the DC team will come up with ideas, launch interesting projects, and announce them.

Q. OK!Thank you, Justin.Finally, tell us about Justin's future.
A. I want to travel a lot, ride on various snowy mountains and streets, and express myself strongly in the video.Recently I've started to get interested in backcountry.I'm hoping that I can apply the experience of skiing on the street to the backcountry.Thank you to everyone in Japan!I promise to come to slip again.
