DAY75

Hello, this is CAP. The 17-18 season ended safely last week.In the end, the season ended in 75 days.I made a trip to my beloved Jackson Hall, Wyoming, which I had planned for a long time during the season, and now I'm in full-end mode.Day75⬆️⬆️ From 2000 to 2002, CAP spent the winter season at Jackson Hall, Wyoming (JH).Is it like my home town? JH is located far from Japan, about 2000 kilometers north of Salt Lake, where the 500 Winter Olympics were held.It is located in a place that takes about 6 and a half hours by car.Of course, there is no direct flight to Salt Lake and we will rush via LA.Day 75 2⬆️⬆️ The main purpose of this time is to look for the material for future articles, and the last time I went to JH was just after the earthquake, so I visited for the first time in about 7 years. I was also looking forward to seeing if I could fit my slip to the terrain of JH.Day 75 3

1445183450⬆️⬆️ In the first place, JH is a very rare mountain not only in North America but also in the world. It is a mountain that discharged Travis Rice, which is very famous as "the mountain with the steepest slope in North America".Nowadays, it is based on a lot of members such as Brayn Iguchi and Jeremy Jones (BIG Mountain). It is a freeride heaven where you can easily access the abundant backcountry area from the resort as well as the dangerous slopes in the resort.Day 75 4Day 75 5⬆️⬆️ How steep the terrain is, if you ride the ropeway (tram) that extends from the symbolic foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain, you can run up the altitude difference of 1,200 meters at a stretch, and the slope that spreads from the tram to the bottom is a stupidly steep slope. It feels like eternity and the end of hell. The photo below is the famous course "Corbet's Couloir".From this season, truly crazy events such as KING and QUEENS of Corbet's have been held.
[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pMVaC4D3ps?rel=0] ⬆️⬆️ There are really unfortunate people participating (laughs) Are you completely crazy?Day 75 6⬆️⬆️That's why it's an overwhelmingly popular mountain for skiers, and the percentage of snowboarding is probably less than 10%.It's true that the terrain is too steep, so the pleasure on snowboarding is great if it's powdered, but if it doesn't snow, everywhere will be full of bumpy slopes and it will be difficult. However, the vast area in front of you is full of wonderful terrain that is completely different from the others. To be honest, there should be no better place on earth for a free ride!I can say that.in additionIn addition, the localism that remains transcendentally strong. And this is made up of people who love this mountain. That's why it's a very comfortable place.Day 75 8⬆️⬆️ There is one brand that symbolizes such a strong localism. "FRANCO SNOWSHAPE" This is another crazy brand run by Mikey Franco, who is my best friend. In VOL1, I will report a little about the crazy brands.
