The rail contest participants and event details for "COWDAY STREET 2024" have arrived!
The Snowboard Rail Contest will bring together top athletes from around the world, including Kira Kimura, who is ranked number one in the big air world for the 2023/2024 season. This is your chance to watch them compete up close!
About "COWDAY STREET 2024"
This event is held in November, covering Kita-Mido, located in Osaka's business district, with artificial snow laid out, offering an extraordinary experience in the middle of Osaka, a city where snow rarely falls.

The highlight of the event will be held on the 23rd (Sat) as the world's first (according to the COWDAY Executive Committee) snowboard contest held within the grounds of a temple. 15 top athletes from Japan and abroad will compete against about 80 amateur snowboarders in the streets of Osaka! It seems that the maximum number of applicants for the men's competition has already been reached. The 15 invited athletes have also been announced.

15 invited athletes and about 80 amateur snowboarders will participate in the Snowboard Rail Contest, using rails set up in a special venue to compete on the difficulty and originality of tricks. Between the qualifying and final rounds, there will also be a snow play experience for children and a snowboarding performance by children (kids exhibition).

From sledding to snowboarding under the guidance of an instructor, children can have fun playing in the snow to their heart's content.
All equipment rentals, including snow play experiences, sleds, snowboards, etc. are available free of charge, so you can come empty-handed after shopping or going out. (Please bring your own change of clothes.)
