An American brand originating from Santa Cruz, California. In 1985, road cycle racer Jim Gentes succeeded in developing a lightweight cycle helmet, and the brand quickly rose to become one of the top brands. Later, in 1999, the company released a line of "innovative" and smart snow helmets for snowboarders, and grew to become a top brand in the snow market. After that, the company focused on developing goggles, incorporating lens technology from Carl Zeiss, and released a wide range of products with stylish designs.
