Now it's time to enter the advanced edition! !! !!

From here, I will introduce techniques that require movements that are difficult to understand unless you go through Gratley.
The first shot of the advanced edition!
"Norry Front 540"
The Gratley! It is not an exaggeration to say that it will be a high rotation of the nory spin.

The first thing I want you to understand is, "When you reach 360 degrees or higher, you can't turn on your own." Keep this in mind.

If you have normal physical ability, even if you jump around without wearing a board on the spot, I think that it will not turn easily at 540 degrees (one and a half turns).

I'm barely about 450 degrees.Moreover, 720 degrees (2 rotations) doesn't make any sense (laughs).

It's easy to imagine that when you're slipping, it's even harder to turn because of the weight of the board and your fixed feet, even though it's difficult to turn with your feet free and light without wearing a board. ..

So why can we go around? ?? ?? ??
The reason is that the external force (force received from the outside) is applied to allies to turn around.
This is Kimo!
If you can understand this, even girls who are far from macho will be able to turn it.

The following three external forces are required for a nory spin.
a, the principle of telephone poles
b, Centrifugal force for line removal
c, board repulsion

a, the principle of telephone poles
[Principle of telephone pole] is a representative of the power obtained from the outside.
If you do not understand the [Principle of telephone poles], please review the pivot here.
http://bit.ly/2mcZ7Zi

If Norry Spin doesn't understand this, he will try to force himself.
First of all, please feel with your body that the nose is the axis of the snow surface and you step on the forefoot (nose) to generate rotational force.
Unfortunately, the stronger the preceding movement (the force to wave and turn), the less it will turn.

And if you can understand this, you will understand the reason why the nose of the board separates from the snow surface after turning 120 to 180 degrees at the time of nory spin.

This is not just a slow railroad crossing, but a result of making the most of the [telegraph pole principle].Jumping up at this timing is an ideal railroad crossing to obtain rotational force from the outside.
For those who have come to the kicker, this move, which looks like a quick exit, makes sense for Gratley.

b, Centrifugal force for line removal
An approach called line taking is very important.
Taking a line means entering while making a turn with the approach before starting the technique.

Nory spin is a technique to take off at the heel edge.
You will take a railroad crossing when the turn reaches the heel edge, so take the railroad crossing while making an S-shaped turn.

Start at the heel edge, make a turn at the toe edge, transfer to the heel edge and take off
This flow is important. If you classify the movements in each turn at this time
XNUMX. Turn at heel edge: speed adjustment
XNUMX. Turn at the toe edge: take timing
XNUMX. Turn at the heel edge: make a tame
It will be the flow.

XNUMX. Make a tame
This move is very important.

While riding on the last heel edge, lower your posture.
It's easy to make a mistake here: it suddenly drops after you hit the heel edge and before you fly.
Then, the edges will shift.

Let's make it gradually lower according to the strength of the centrifugal force of the turn.
The outermost position of the turn arc is the lowest.
Go to the railroad crossing at the lowest timing.
Then, make sure that the nose of the board moves away from the snow surface where the centrifugal force of the turn is strongest.
If the timing goes well, you can add the centrifugal force of the turn to your own rotational force.

c, board repulsion
I think it would be nice if the repulsion of the board could be imagined as a trampoline.
Produces jump height and flight time.

The higher you fly like a trampoline, the longer the flight time will be, so you can go around a lot.
I did the method of maximizing the repulsion of the board at the time of Norie and ProLiant How-to, so please review it ♪

Finally, the gateway to advanced tricks!Norry 540!
If you can make Norry 360 smoothly, you can make 540 with a little trick, right? ♪
First relax!
Even if you try to make one and a half turns, you will get stronger, so let's relax first!
As long as you are relaxed, you can turn around mysteriously lightly!
Second, look and neck first!
Let's send the line of sight ahead of the spin direction at the time of nory spin!
It naturally comes with a neck, shoulders, upper body and rotation!
As long as you're relaxed, you're 450 times at this point!
And thirdly, landing match!
If you can reach 2 at the second point, all you have to do is adjust the landing.
Even if you can make 540 turns, if you coast around after landing, it will not be stylish, so let's stop the board firmly at 540!
As a point, let's control well so that the line of sight and the upper body are stopped in the direction of travel and the inertia of the board is also stopped!
With the above three points, you too will be a spin master ♪

It's no exaggeration to say that this Norry 540 is the first wall to hit in Gratley!
I could make 360 immediately, but I couldn't make 540 ...
If you are such a person, please try sticking to your "eyes".
Always keep your eyes in the direction of rotation without looking at your feet. The body always follows the line of sight.

Also, fold your hands as much as possible in the air!
It is an image as if the body became a stick.
For this, the spin of figure skating will be very helpful ♪

[Differences from Norry 360]
Turn one foot
It will increase by half a turn, so keep your eyes on the direction of travel and switch your legs from regular stance to switch stance by turning.
2 Increase the flight time
Let's crouch down and then jump up.At that time, don't forget to pull up your hind legs and make a nory.
3 Stop the landing at the heel edge
Stop at the edge so that it does not rotate due to inertia. If you can fix it firmly, it will look beautiful.

The Norry 540 has the same line of sight as the 360 in one rotation, so if you can make a good Norry with the 360, you can easily make the 540.
You can also increase the types of techniques by adding locks and taps, so let's try various things!

Daiki Yoshitake (Daiki Yoshitake: Rider introduction movie
What I am most conscious of when turning around with Nory is how to get centrifugal force without shifting the hind legs on the heel turn when crouching and making a reservoir.
Centrifugal force is lost if the hind legs shift and become too braking-like when crouching.
I think it would be good to imagine the carving position of the heel turn.If you are worried about high rpm, please watch your video.
Check if the heel turn is misaligned and the power is not escaping!

Kazuki Tanaka (Paul Kazuki Tanaka: Rider introduction movie
The step up from Norry 360 to Norry 540 has walls.Let's do it patiently.
However, the risk of injury is high, so please refrain from practicing when you are tired or at Iceburn.
The point is to be polite about the turn from two before the nory.

Heel turn → toe turn → heel turn nory
If you can stabilize the flow of this turn, you can practice with high quality. If the turn is not stable, the experience points obtained will not be stable, and you will get lost in various ways.
First, let's adjust the depth of the turn, try adjusting from the deeper. The depth speed is good so that the axis tilts lightly during the turn.
I think these are the secrets of Norry.
Also, if you make sure to count the number of revolutions and understand which scenery you should land on, you can shorten the path to learning.

From the explanation below, there is only research on each person.
There are various patterns for the timing to step on, so please find the timing that suits you.
The trigger is to step on after moving from the toe turn to the heel turn.
There are people who step on this moment when the timing of stepping shifts to the heel turn, people who step on after accumulating a little, and people in between.Find a timing that is easy for you to do.
Please stop the "preceding action" that you often hear. When the upper body precedes, twisting with the lower body occurs, and the upper body turns in the opposite direction to the direction you want to turn in the air, and the rotation stops.
Since we are getting the rotational force from the turn, we just need to keep up with the rotational force so that it does not get in the way.To be more specific, all you have to do is tilt your chest 45 ° in the direction you want it to go.

The person being sown is bankrupt somewhere above. The main causes are too fast, too strong stepping force, too early stepping timing, and too strong leading action.
To put it the other way around, if the speed is moderate, the stepping force is moderate, the timing is moderate, and the preceding movement is moderate, you should be able to make a very successful Norry 540.

The Norry 540 is a big thing to remember in one season, do a lot of research.

Yohei Muroi (Yohei Muroi: Rider introduction movie
The difference from 360 is that it gives "height" and "squeezes" the body.
Be careful if you are trying to turn it with your hind legs. Let's throw away the "turn" consciousness!
First of all, whether or not you can play the board with Norry with your weight on your forefoot, and if you can reach the height, you do not need much speed and momentum.
And when it comes to squeezing, be aware of the moment you hit the board with nory, or after you hit it, close your arms in front of your chest.

Hideki Kishinami (Hideki Kishinami: Rider introduction movie
The trick of Nory 540 is to catch the snow surface and fly!
Let's hit Norry at low speed.
If you leave it to the speed, you will not be able to use the bending of the board and you will feel like you are being turned around by the board!
When turning 540 at low speed, I think it will be difficult if you do not do it with the image of making a solid tame and flying up!
If you make a tame, try to catch the snow surface using the nose surface with the image of kicking the hind legs diagonally upward!

Rei Takahashi (Rei Takahashi: Rider introduction movie
It's almost the same as the previous Norry 360 description.
Basically, the process from entry to playing is the same.
The point that changes is one point, the [line of sight] after playing.
With Nory 360, 180 ° to 270 ° (valley side) is sufficient for the line of sight after playing, but when aiming for 540, the line of sight after playing is around 360 ° to 450 ° (mountain side).
By bringing the [line of sight] to a larger angle than usual, the upper body can be strongly preceded and a higher number of revolutions can be produced.
(If you force your eyes or the lead too much, you may not be able to apply force to your lower body, or the axis may shift.)
Don't put too much effort into it, relax and enter. (I feel that this is the most important casually.)
