The first snow of the year will fall in Tokyo!
A social innovation project that combines social contribution, snowboarding, music, and food! "Tokyo Snow Festival SNOWBANK PAY IT FORWARD 2024" will be held this weekend at Yoyogi Park Event Square.
SNOWBANK's theme is "social contribution that starts with fun," and it creates a place where young people who normally don't visit blood donation rooms can learn about blood and bone marrow banks and take action.
By connecting blood donations and bone marrow banks with music, art, and food, we are implementing a social innovation project for the next generation that can be enjoyed by everyone, from children to adults.
We aim to create a society where as many patients as possible can get on the starting line of treatment by having young people have fun learning about blood donation and bone marrow banks and taking action.
In addition to various activities such as snowboard riding shows, sledding, and trampolining, there will be live music, food and drink, and merchandise stalls. Several blood donation buses will be set up at the venue, providing a place where visitors can donate blood and register as bone marrow donors on the spot.
