It is "Rurumo Ramen" in front of Again in Nagano City.
This is a shop that FC riders go to, and you can eat various ramen that you can't eat anywhere else.
The staff, Kengo-san and Sho-kun, are snowboard lovers, and there is even a ramen called "FC Scorched Miso" on the menu.
For some reason, when you come to Nagano, you'll want to eat it.
