Ozeki: Regarding the board, I'm eager to update the current model.You can improve it in a well-balanced manner while leaving the good parts.Also, bindings and boots are evolving.After all, the suspension is important, isn't it?I think that the will of the brand as a whole to "evolve" is reflected in the evolution.
— What is your favorite board this season?
Ozeki: "KIZAMU LYT"is.What I like most about this model is its carving performance.I feel like I can carve forever.Even those who are not very good at carving will be asked, "What? I could carve so much?"The overall image of head in me is that it "raises my level".I feel like I'm getting better at drawing out the potential.I feel like I'm getting better ... This is actually getting better.Because you will notice what you haven't noticed before.By the time I'm able to ride the board, I'm improving my skills and it really makes snowboarding fun.The best model.
—What do you feel is different from the conventional cruising boards?
Ozeki: It's lighter, so you don't get tired easily with a lift (laughs).It's also lighter, so you can choose one size up.If I choose according to the usual size, it is 155 cm, but I am one size longer and ride 161 cm.I can't get over 161 cm with other boards, but "KIZAMU LYTBecause it is light, you can choose to ride a longer size.Is it a feeling that it is easier to handle with the usual size, or it is greedy to ride by increasing the size?
— What kind of person would you like to recommend?
Ozeki: Those who always check the terrain that seems to be playable on the slopes and play from top to bottom.For example, by the time you get to the bottom with all the walls, burns, and gaps playing, you'll have a lot of feet.But those who love snowboarding and want to get on the next lift quickly, and those who want to enjoy carving and free running and want to get better in the future.It may be good for those who are looking for a second board.I think it applies to various people.
