Shutaro Amekai, a professional snowboarder who loves the 19-20 model BROTHEHOOD. I have been using Brotherhood for many years since joining the SP Bindings team. When he was young, he made a name for himself by taking a domestic tour in a half-pipe event. He is also good at slopestyle events and has fascinated what he sees with jibing, jumping and styled sliding. The footage of street jibbing is left in the video work.As a professional snowboarder, he is a legendary snowboarder who is engaged in a wide range of activities.

I interviewed him about SP Bindings BROTHERHOOD.
▲Please introduce yourself briefly I'm Shutaro Amagai, who is active in the Kita-Kantou area.Currently, I'm mainly taking pictures and videos, planning and managing snowboards, lessons and camping, and the manager of the snowboard shop HOME in Ibaraki prefecture.
▲What made you use SP bindings? At that time, the handling at the shop I belonged to was decided, and I thought that the rear entry system was cool and tried using it!I wanted to use it because it is different from the others.
▲Did you have any resistance to the rear entry? I was able to get used to the rear entry system more smoothly than I expected, and I remember well that I started using it with excitement in a place that was a little different from other bindings.
▲How about using it? At first, I was impressed by the speed of attachment and detachment. As I used it, the goodness of the system was beyond my imagination.I'm really surprised. The more you use it, the more you know the depth.
▲What model have you been using for many years? At the beginning of use, I am using the model that is the base of the current model CORE, and since the current BROTHER HOOD was released, I have been using BROTHER HOOD as the main model.I used SLAB.ONE when I wanted high speed performance, but I finally arrived at BROTHERHOOD.Because I'm in good shape!
Thanks to the heel cupless, the freedom of the ankle is very high, so I think that it has a good influence on the style of the whole body by not only grasping the grab but also twisting, squeezing and stabbing from there.I think it's easy to grab a small jump and get a style (original).
I think that tricks in the mid-low speed range are difficult because it is important to start the tricks.Being on the board is a major premise, but with just the right amount of play and response, I try to avoid excessive reactions and enter without stress or cramping.BROER HOOD is in good shape for that movement.
Originally, flying was the biggest reason I started snowboarding, so I still like halfpipes. These days, I often use BROTHERHOOD in the halfpipe, but when I want to dig in, I'm pushing the highback to the toe side.By doing so, you can step on the backside firmly and climb the wall. One of the charms of SP Bindings is that the high-back setting range of motion is large. It's a great binding that can be fully accommodated depending on the settings.I don't think it's unsatisfactory at the general level!Lol
I think that you can do anything depending on the setting, but I think it is recommended for people who like medium and low speed sliding that can make the best use of its characteristics.Highly recommended not only for people who like parks and gratri, but also for people who like playing with powder and terrain!
I've been using SP Bindings for 10 years and now I have a lot of personality as well as skills. There are various genres and ways of thinking about snowboarding, but I want you to value the riding, style, and way of thinking that you think is cool.I don't think there is an incorrect answer there, and I want you to express it with confidence. In that (selfishness), SP Bindings play a big role in my case.Thank you for your cooperation in the interview.
