Interview with Yuki Kadono

The 2012-2013 season for Yuki Kadono must have been a turbulent season.
There has been a lot of attention in the victory at The Slope held in Japan for a long time, but especially with the victory of Air & Style held in Beijing, the attention from all over the world has increased, and the contract with Redbull, to all over the world Looking back on this season, which has achieved results while steadily measuring the steps up such as the battle, we will send you an interview with a friend of mine about what you think for next year's Olympics.

Atmosphere that has strengthened muscles from a few years ago and has a solid physique

Q) I think it was a busy season that went around the world, including the victory of Air & Style in Beijing in 2012-2103.What kind of season was it, including your skills, as a result of the tournament after finishing this season?

After all it was a busy season this year.Although I was busy, I think it was a good year for me to have various experiences and some results.By going to various places overseas, I traveled to eight countries in Europe and the United States to experience the culture of each country, and to experience the parts that I could not see or feel until now, including the atmosphere of the ski resort. I think it was a good year for me to grow as a person and as a snowboarder.

Three years ago in New Zealand, I was showing a glimpse of my current style, but I must have been disappointed at the tournament.

Q) Which country is most impressive for this year's overseas expedition?

I went to Czech Republic, Spain and France for the first time this year. The Czech slopestyle course was interesting. However, in many ways the Czech Republic was shocked by culture.Spain was a paella in the image, but because I stayed on the mountain, I was like, "Where is the paella?" (Laughs)

In the 2012 New Zealand Season, he finished second in Billabong Bro Down, showing his strength.

Q) The Ski Association of Japan announced the strengthened designated athletes the other day and entered the B designation. What kind of movement are you planning to secure the right to participate in the Olympic Games in the future?

I have already made a plan until the Olympics to some extent, so I have to go to KINGS while doing physical training and keep the feeling of snowboarding, and until just before the Olympics, the conditions are the best in the United States and Europe. I would like to train at the place and do everything I can to prepare for the Olympics.

Height and flight distance are also one of the strengths of Tomoki. At the US OPEN, the flight distance and height exceed the third end line of the landing.

Q) I think that your lifestyle has changed like a roller coaster over the last few years, and you've been busy moving around. Do you have your own belief that you don't want to change here?

After all, I want to keep my love for snowboarding.Otherwise, I don't think I can continue to work on such a hard schedule.
I felt it would be impossible to keep up with this hard schedule if I didn't really like snowboarding. That's why snowboarding is a part of my life and I want to enjoy it.

There was an accident that he injured his heel, but he was 2013th in the 6 US OPEN.I look forward to him in the future!

Q) There is a sister site of SBN, Yukibancho, but Tomoki-kun has been holding a Yukibancho tournament for some time, and SBN has been supporting Tomoki-kun for several years. I think that many of the users who are watching SBN are also supporting Tomoki. Please give a few words to the SBN users.

The first thing that comes to mind is that I want you to support me anyway! That is.I want more people to support me more and more.
It's directly linked to my motivation, and getting support doesn't lead to pressure.I can take it honestly as a plus, so if you support me, I think I can give it back as a result. So if you don't support me, you can't do your best. For me, cheering is not pressure but power.
I am happy to support you in any way.I'm looking at Twitter and Facebook properly, so it's okay to comment on those places, click "Like", and I've received fan letters, but I'm very happy. The more people say "Do your best!", The more I think I can do my best, so I hope you will continue to believe in me and support me.thank you!
