★ STEP1
Measure boot size
Ride barefoot on the DEELUXE gauge, align your feet with the center of the gauge, pull your heels and bend your knees lightly.In this state, measure the actual size of the foot (vertical dimension and width).Most people have different sizes for their right and left feet, so choose your boot size based on the size of your larger foot.In this case, the actual vertical size is about 25 cm in front and there is a little width, so we recommend boot sizes of 25.5 cm or 26.5 cm (DEELUXE has a 1 cm pitch).The point here is to try on the boots once, listen to the fields and preferences you play in conversation with the customer, and decide the size of the boots.In the past, there were many sizes that were perfect for me, but nowadays many customers find it painful to touch them, so I recommend a slightly larger size with plenty of space.
★ STEP2
Warm the inner
Warm the inner in a special oven to soften the ingredients and make them look like freshly baked fluffy bread.Warm for about 10 minutes in cold weather.
★ STEP3
Preparing while warming
Fit a special cup (S, M, L 3 sizes) on the toes of your feet.If you mold this cup without fitting it, the actual finger shape will be formed and it will become tight and you will not be able to wear boots for a long time.Therefore, do not mold the fingertips, but put on the cap to secure space.Cut the excess part of the insole with scissors according to the size.
For those who have bones due to wide, high instep, and valgus, there is a separate customized pad.By sticking it according to the habit of your foot, you can create a space inside the inner and eliminate unnecessary pressure, and you can customize the inner more comfortably.These subtle adjustments are best done in a store with experienced staff who handle the number of moldings.At our store, we make our own putts for the customers who are particular about it, so it is possible to customize it in more detail.
When you're ready, put on the thermosocks that use DEELUXE's special thin fibers with the cup and pad on, and wait for molding.Especially women want to wear thick socks when it's cold, but if you do so, the shape of your feet will be blurred if the socks are thick.Therefore, by molding with such thin socks that are more suitable for your feet and wearing them when you actually slip, you will have a better hold feeling and less slippage in the boots.Although this special sock looks thin, it is actually very warm, so we recommend it to customers who have molded it in our shop.
★ STEP4
End of warming
Take out the warmed inner and set it on the outer while it is still hot.Put your feet in the set boots and let them get used to it.At that time, bend your knees to prevent wrinkles on the inner and lift the heel to drop it.After that, lightly tighten the boots, then tap the sole of the foot horizontally, or drop the heel firmly and bend and stretch it lightly several times before fully tightening the boots.After that, please wait for about 10 minutes with your boots on until the inner cools.During that time, I have them walk around the store without sitting down.This is because the more natural the shape of the foot is, the more it will move.If you put your weight firmly on the boots, the shape of your feet will be clearer.It's the same with walking, and if you put your knees in the image of slipping, the heel of the heel cup will be deeper, so it will be difficult for the heel of the finished boots to float.
★ STEP5
Complete
When it's time to sit down, take off your boots and take off all your caps and pads.Remove the inner from the boots again and compare it with the one before it is finished.Finally, please put on your boots again with only the socks on.Ask them to move a little and check that there is no stress on the whole, that the heel's R fits well, and that the fingertips are not hitting strangely.If the heel and ankle are firmly held, the fingertips are a little free and you can move it firmly, it will be in the best condition and it is completed.
