The second day of the camp. Finished successfully!
Today I spent a day running through Hakuba Komichi on a mountain bike.
Everyone who struggled uphill and those who could afford it encouraged each other, and all finished the race (^ _ ^) v
As with the Nordic walk, while watching the scenery that is often overlooked by car
Wind temperature that I don't usually feel
(It's completely different near water or where the surface of the earth tends to warm up.)
You can fully enjoy various "scents".
(Waterside scent, rice field scent, grass scent, flower scent,
The scent of rain-moist roads, etc.)
Even when running side by side, sign each other and breathe together.
The theme for me this time was teamwork, so
Thinking about the feelings of the person running behind, giving a sign,
At the end, I feel like there was a great sense of unity when we talked to each other.
Games that enhance teamwork that we occasionally play are also very exciting,
It was a really fun camp for me.
Next time, Ayumi Nitta will be the camp leader.
This time, trekking etc. will be included, and it will be even more fun.
