2013) What kind of season was 2014-XNUMX last season?
Last season, I went to Hokkaido to shoot DEVGRU before the beginning of the year.
After the new year, I went to Quebec, Canada for a month with Ko Takigawa and took pictures with the people of Brother Factory.
However, on the third day after going to Quebec, I hurt my lower back with the abdominal muscle roller that Kou brought, and I could only slip for about five days.
After that, I went to Utah, USA, joined Sclover members (Atsushi Ishikawa, Ryo Eguchi), and returned to Japan after about two weeks of shooting.
After I came back to Japan, I was injured and slipped while watching the situation.
XNUMX) What kind of members do you always skate with?
I'm always slipping with various people.
No one says anything in particular, but last year I often slipped with the Pirate crew.
XNUMX) What made you decide to transfer to DEVGRU?
It was great from my own feelings.
I felt like I had a change of heart!
Also, it seemed fun to design and make the boards myself, and it was also great that I received the words that they would do it freely.
It was a good time to overlap various things well.
XNUMX) It seems that DECK of DEVGRU adopted the idea of Mr. Hekida, but what kind of model is it?
It is a board that I made because I wanted to design a skateboard that is also my life style.
I actually put the Deck (board) I was using in the graphic, and I designed the sole as it is, which I slipped for about 30 minutes and scratched.
I made the ride quality so that it is easy for me to ride.
It feels like I made it to my liking, completely imagining the board I want to use, such as hardness.
XNUMX) You do snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding and XNUMXS. How do you spend your off-season?
In the off-season, I often do basic skating or surfing.
I'm not good at going straight, so I usually go sideways (laughs)
XNUMX) Is there any secret to balancing snowboarding and family for Mr. Hekida, who has a family?
I'm moving around freely. .. ..Far from the secret, it feels like I haven't even raised a child. .. .. (Sweat)
