Talking to manufacturers, there is no doubt that the topic of product sales in the snow shortage this season will come first.Sure, I've been in the industry for decades, and I have little memory of this lack of snow, and I've had a better overall sales situation before, so it's not enough for everyone to say so. It may have been. However, as long as it snows, it seems that the environment surrounding snowboarding has improved little by little, and now there are athletes in Japan who can play an active role in winning medals at the Olympic Games. It is certain that the range of fun of snowboarding has expanded, and tours, camping, various attempts in various fields, and topics have increased. The giant Indian snow globe "Saus" in the city has disappeared, but the snow globes that are still working hard and the jump practice facilities that are being built one after another in the suburbs. When I think about that, I feel like I can't get rid of it with the words bad and bad. It's true that the events were canceled one after another this season, and there may have been many unexpected things for us, but if we want to boost the industry, we can take that into account, but even more snowboarding. Unless I can entertain my fans, I wonder if I can fulfill my duty to live in this industry.
With that said, I would like to make this season a good experience and aim to create a media that can firmly appeal the fun and values of snowboarding that can withstand the lack of snow.Thank you to everyone in the industry for your cooperation.
