5/24 (Thursday) "Stretching method taught by professional snowboarders [Basic]"
This is a special weekday night workshop sent by Japanaho Academy.
The previous"How to make a body for snowboarding"ToStretching method [Basic] ”Will be held regularly!
The next event will be held on Thursday, May 5th.Isn't it a good opportunity to face your body after the season is over?
I think most people think that the body should be absolutely soft.
But actually, the one that is moderately hard ... I wonder if you can hear an interesting story.
We will answer what you feel because you are a professional snowboarder and how to treat injuries!
The instructor is a familiar, active professional snowboarder, but has a national qualification as a Judo rehabilitation teacher.
Let's invite Yoichi Takahashi to learn the basics of stretching from the perspective of a snowboarder!
Voices of participants from previous workshops
・ I think I learned how to move my body little by little.
・ My consciousness has changed.I will do maintenance every day so as not to get injured.
・ I thought I was able to stretch properly, but it was full of cuts.I'm glad I made a discovery.
・ I'm glad it was mellow.I had a very slow feeling.
・ The concept of stretching has changed.
Especially recommended for those with these symptoms.
・ Those who are interested but thought that they couldn't listen anymore
・ People who have been injured before and haven't slipped all the way since then ...
・ Those who want to continue snowboarding for a long time.
・ People who are very tired the day after slipping
★ Once you understand how your body works ...
If you maintain your body, you can move sharply!
As humans age, the water content of not only the skin but also the muscles decreases.
Especially if you are not exercising normally, such as desk work, your muscles, tendons, and ligaments will look like dry rubber bands.
If you suddenly play a sport that overuses your body, such as snowboarding, it will easily break.
To avoid injury, you need to maintain your body before and after exercise.
Proper maintenance not only makes you less likely to get injured, but it also helps you improve your snowboarding.
■ SURGE Rider: Comment from Takumi Suzuki
"I am always indebted when I get injured during shooting.
I feel the importance of maintenance and having a minimum of knowledge.
Even when Bashi took off his shoulder, I was surprised when he put it on the spot.
I hope my teammates have a rider who is familiar with the body. "
