4/19 (Thursday) "How to make a body for snowboarding" workshop held
This is a special weekday night workshop sent by Japanaho Academy.

The last workshop "To avoid injury-About the relationship and importance of snowboarding and the body-"

This is the second installment of "How to make a snowboarding body "Has been decided.

I didn't do any preparatory exercises or stretching when I went skiing, but if I know how to do it, I'd like to try it!

I think there are many people who think that way.I hesitate a little to do it by myself

Would you like to have a proper professional teach you and master the correct stretch?

The instructor is Yoichi Takahashi, who is an active professional snowboarder but has a national qualification as a Judo rehabilitation teacher.

We are planning to invite you to a workshop while moving your body more than the last time.

This workshop is recommended for such people.
・ People who do not want to get injured

・ People who have had trouble with snowboard injuries

・ People who want to continue snowboarding for a long time

・ People who are very tired the day after slipping

★ Once you understand how your body works ...

If you maintain your body, you can move sharply!

As humans age, the water content of not only the skin but also the muscles decreases.

Especially if you are not exercising normally, such as desk work, your muscles, tendons, and ligaments will look like dry rubber bands.

If you suddenly play a sport that overuses your body, such as snowboarding, it will easily break.

To avoid injury, you need to maintain your body before and after exercise.

Proper maintenance not only makes you less likely to get injured, but it also helps you improve your snowboarding.

■ SURGE Rider: Comment from Takumi Suzuki

"I am always indebted when I get injured during shooting.

I feel the importance of maintenance and having a minimum of knowledge.

Even when Bashi took off his shoulder, I was surprised when he put it on the spot.

I hope my teammates have a rider who is familiar with the body. "
