How is it waterproof?
Since the surface is repelled by water, it will change depending on dirt and deterioration.However, it can be returned by washing, or it can be dealt with with a waterproof spray.The water pressure resistance and moisture permeability that permeate inside are still excellent with the wind stopper.However, the big difference from Gore-Tex is that the seams are not taped, so the fear of invading from there cannot be ruled out, but other than that, it is certainly superior to Gore-Tex.The big difference from other clothing fabrics is that the function does not deteriorate even if you wash it! The wind stopper is an excellent one that restores water repellency when it is heated by putting it in a dryer or applying heat to it.

In such a selfish manner, the boss of SP-DESIGN said, "Because it's a big deal, why don't you put the original print on the lining?"
He gave me a happy opinion.There are 3 original patterns.
And which one is better?It was almost unanimously decided to be the second (middle).
The rest is the color and the size of the pattern.It's a purple back now, but it's lining and I want to make it more flashy anyway!That's why the color was decided to be pink that everyone likes, and I decided to decide the pattern by looking at the actual size.

This time, the design is almost decided, and all we have to do is create a sample! !!
At first, the wotome who couldn't speak easily in the first meeting became a peaceful atmosphere with each round.
On the contrary, the eyes on production have become serious.
Maybe it's because the consciousness that "we make it" has become stronger ... I think it's very reliable.
Well, this is the last product development meeting.
After that, I will fill in the details by e-mail and start making samples.

The design has been decided

The lining of the gray sweatshirt is dyed in such a cute pink!
The denim lining looks like this (right) ... the colors are cute, but ... this seems difficult to print with inkjet! (`; Ω; ´) At that time, SP-DESIGN announced the exhibition ... It seems that the fabric dyed by inkjet is also on display, so I went there immediately.
The fabric used for these pants is an inkjet print.
The color tends to sink slightly compared to silk screen.
However, it is a beautiful finish that only looks like "dyed".
Another point to note is that there is no white in the inkjet ink.
Unless the original fabric is white, the white part cannot be expressed ...
So I have to think about making a black print.
The SP-DESIGN original tiger pattern can be used in so many colors, which is a good point of inkjet printing.
If I try to make this into silk printing, it will be 7th edition ...

Especially the printed ones are wonderful.The inkjet print fabric that was shown at the previous exhibition was used as clothing, and it was even better!

And the points to be considered at this stage are as follows.
In the case of denim, the fabric is taut, so the back part will float.
If you narrow your width, it will be cleaner, but since it is a non-stretchable fabric, I am worried that it will not be difficult to move.
Also, the width of the hem is quite perfect, so the best design is as it is, but what if I put on a ketsu pad?No matter how much the hem opens with a double zip, I think it's a good idea to open it too much, so I'm thinking about wearing it and moving.
The sleeves are a little thick and the length is long.I had the sleeve length shortened by 5 cm in the current state.
The thinner the thickness, the more casual it can be used in everyday wear, but since I am thinking of using it for snowboarding, I would like to make it as thin as possible even if it is a protector.
After that, the white part of the pattern is corrected in detail.The brown piping width of the sweatshirt looks a little thick, so I plan to narrow it.
I will bring a sample to the "My Pe Meeting" to be held at Oze Tokura on 4/4 (Sat.) ☆

The purpose of this meeting is to have everyone wear and touch the sample.So I did it in two parts.
I took a sample to "MY PAGE MEETING", an event of SBN's proud snowboard SNS "MY PAGE", with Yuki Otome members, and asked the people who wore it for a simple questionnaire.It's an event held on the slopes, so it's quite helpful in terms of wearing it with clothing.
And I couldn't go to the slopes!For Yuki Otome, we held a fitting party at the usual Shibaura @ Japanaho secret base.
