EXPRESSION IN MOVIE

"I want to leave a work that does not block everyone who watched the video with their mouths open."

-Do you have a desire to attract people with images, not with competitions?
There is.I want to leave a work in which everyone who sees my video keeps their mouths open and does not close. For that reason, you can take pictures for two years instead of one year.Or, it's an ant to gather riders who I think are cool, form a team, and release a DVD.It would be nice to pull it out and hold previews all over the country.I did snowboarding that I've known for a long time.Snowboarding isn't the only way to chase after a tournament like it is now.I want to go back there.

-What kind of field do you want to focus on?
Anything is fine as long as you are using a snowboard.I want to attack not only the park but also the street and backcountry.Anyway, I want to be fascinated by all-round.I don't like being biased.Whether you want to express yourself in the flow from top to bottom, you want to fascinate all of your snowboarding. From cutting-edge jumping tricks to offensive lines in the backcountry to aggressive cuts on the streets.I'm confident that I'm good at snowboarding, so I think it's okay if I skate several times in any field.Of course, it may roll around at first, and I know the difficulties of each, but on the contrary, it is worth the challenge.

-Who do you want to see?
Of course, I want people who aren't snowboarding to watch it, but I also want people who are doing it to watch it.So, I want to make it angry.I myself saw Kazu (Kazuhiro Kokubo)'s "KAMIKAZU" and ate it messed up ...That made me really want to slide in the mountains.I bowed my head on the spot. "Please take me to the mountain next time. Please slide with me. After watching" KAMIKAZU ", I really wanted to slip."

-I heard you're looking for a slippery filmer right now, but are you thinking of doing something even recently?
If there was such a filmer, I wondered if I could make a document-like image. It's like the road to the Olympics ...Besides, if you watch such a video, get more interested in me, and then watch the video of slipping, people like me will understand it, and I think it will be more attractive as a snowboarder. hand. There are some parts that you can't understand if you just slip, and some parts that are difficult to convey.I have that kind of image, so if I have a filmer, I want to start shooting video right away. And I think it would be interesting if I could put out a van just before or after the next Olympics.

I WANNA BE A…

"I hope more people will look forward to seeing my snowboard and notice something."

-What are you going to do this season?
I will practice in the United States from around mid-January, participate in X GAMES at the end of January, and DEW TOUR the following week, and after that, I will return to Japan and go to COW DAY.After that, I participated in the X Games held in China in February, and immediately after that, I went to the United States and immediately opened the US Open. After returning to Japan in early March, I plan to have HAMMER BANGER SESSION and AIR MIX.Also, since there is a RED BULL video project, it will still work.

-Is it coming when Yuki leaves the tournament?
It will come.If you feel that you are pushing your limits ... you should stop with spanning.Because, in competitions like the X Games, the rider with the most fat at that time comes out.But I'm still 23 years old.I'm sure it's ahead for the time being.

-What is the undercarriage gear now?
Right now I'm looking for a sponsor for hard gear. But I really want to settle down quickly. If the gear changes, the feeling will change, so ...For the time being, I think I should look forward to not stabilizing the gear. And I want to concentrate more on snowboarding.

-It's hard for riders who go around the tournament to change the gear they use like their limbs.
Last year I was in very good shape, but suddenly I got on the test board of a new sponsor candidate at X GAMES.It feels like an announcement without knowing the characteristics of the board. At that time, my body was moving and the snowboarding was in good condition, so I was wondering if something would happen, but it didn't help.

-What kind of rider do you want to be in the future?
Most recently I won a medal at the Olympics, and after that I want to surprise everyone who saw the video in which I appeared. So ... I want to eventually become like the sun.Be like the sun of a snowboarder!I know you're saying something pretty big, and you might be told that it's impossible for someone like me ...But if you look at this guy's snowboard, you'll think it's okay. That's why I want to attract snowboarders and elephants by putting together tricks, riding styles, lifestyles ... all together.I don't know what the correct answer is right now.I hope that some people will look forward and more people will notice something by doing the cool snowboarding that I think of and seeing it.

-What is snowboarding for Yuki?
It's a part of my life that I've never thought of, and it's something that exists naturally ...?I may not be able to live without this. It's the same as breathing, and if you don't do it, you may become emotionally unstable. But what is certain is that I have been greatly helped by snowboarding so far.So, for me, it's more like a tool for self-expression than words.Even so, it's amazing that you can change your life 180 degrees so far, right?

-I'm glad I was able to do an interview just before the start of the march again.
I agree.I was able to sort out my feelings, and I felt that I had grown considerably as a person in the last few months, especially in the past month. After that, I hope to complete my life as a snowboarder and to moisturize not only myself but also the snowboarders around me.I want to create an environment where younger generation riders can snowboard freely, and I want to create an environment where people who really like snowboarding can laugh and snowboard.
